The Blasted Material from the Quarry can be dumped in 15 cum capacity dump Hopper The Material comes to vibrating feeder and feeder feeds to primary jaw Crusher. Super Primary Jaw Crusher (size 36X32) accept a maximum Feed size of 600 MM Crusher the Material down to150 MM splits. Primary jaw crusher accept the 600mm boulders and splits in to 150mm. Secondary crusher (size 30 x09) accept the 150mm basalt and crusher down to 80mm and what ever the size we have adjust in the bottom. Crushed Material down to -80 MM splits, feeds to 4 deck Vibrating Screen (size 20ft. X 5ft x 2). Separates Material into -100 80, -40 28, -28 14 & GSP . The products are stock pilled on ground.
